How Telhey uses cookies, local storage and browser permissions for sign-in, workspace preferences and calling.
What this policy covers
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant website requests. Local storage keeps values in your browser without automatically sending them with each request. Telhey uses these technologies for account access and user preferences. This policy complements our Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics tools. This does not mean that visiting Telhey creates no technical logs or that third-party services you use have no cookies.

Browser settings or protections can shorten these lifetimes. Clearing a cookie or local storage does not delete the corresponding account data held by Telhey.
Third-party services
Stripe Checkout runs on Stripe's service and may use its own cookies or similar technologies for payments and fraud prevention. If you choose a Google account connection, Google's own sign-in storage and policies also apply. Hosting or security providers may use storage when a security feature is active.
For signed-out visitors, we load Google Identity Services to offer a One Tap sign-in prompt. This contacts Google even if you do not complete sign-in; Google and your browser control prompt availability and related sign-in storage. You can dismiss the prompt or use email-code sign-in instead.
See Stripe's privacy information and Google's cookie information for their practices. Telhey cannot clear a separate provider's cookies for you.
Your choices
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents sign-in features from working. Clearing workspace or appearance preferences resets those choices. You can sign out to end the current Telhey session.
Where storage requires consent under applicable law, that consent must be obtained before the relevant storage is used. This policy and continued browsing are not consent to advertising, analytics or other optional tracking. We do not currently offer an advertising or analytics consent banner because those features are not used; any future non-exempt storage would require an appropriate choice mechanism.
Microphone access
Microphone permission is a browser permission, not a cookie. It is needed to send your voice during a call. You can withdraw it in your browser or device settings, which will prevent or interrupt calling. Telhey does not use microphone access to record calls or train AI.
